We want you to be happy with your order from Lights On. If an item is unused, or it is not as described, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

How to start a return

Contact us through our Contact page within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Pack the item securely, including all parts, accessories and packaging where possible.

Conditions

Unused items: must be unused and in the condition you received them, with all parts and accessories.
Not as described: if the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or doesn't match its description, tell us what's wrong (photos help) and we'll arrange the return at no cost to you.
For unused items returned because you changed your mind, return shipping is paid by you unless we tell you otherwise.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take some time to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different item, return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Your consumer rights

This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law where it applies. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies those rights.
