Free shipping on every order

Standard shipping is free on every Lights On order, with no minimum spend. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Where we ship

We ship to the destinations available at checkout. If your address can't be selected at checkout, we're not able to ship there yet.

Processing and delivery

We process orders as quickly as we can. When your order ships, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email, with tracking details where available. Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier, so we don't promise a specific delivery date.

Checking your address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page. We can't change an order once it has shipped.

Damaged, missing or lost parcels

If your order arrives damaged, has something missing, or hasn't arrived after your tracking shows no progress, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and we'll help sort it out. Items that arrive damaged or not as described are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.

Duties and taxes

Any taxes charged on your order are shown at checkout. If your order is subject to import duties or local taxes in your country, these are your responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
